How long does it take for product to arrive?
Standard shipping for product orders takes 5-10 business days but most orders ship with 5 business days. International orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing etc.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped USPS or via FEDEX smart post. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or via FEDEX with tracking.

How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size of your order. We do offer free standard shipping on all USA orders . The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart then select your state/country and press the “update total” button. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

What is your return policy?
Our goal is for 100% customer satisfaction. In general any unworn, unwashed apparel or undamaged non apparel (posters etc.) can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your LIFEUPWORLD purchase, you can send it back for an exchange or refund within 15 days. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please follow the steps below.

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock.)
